How does judging work?
Every entry is reviewed against published criteria: patient care, results, hygiene & standards, and reputation. Our panel evaluates each submission individually.
How long does it take?
Once your entry and payment are received, review typically takes a few weeks. You'll be notified by email as soon as your status updates.
What happens after I win?
You'll receive your digital certificate and badge immediately, with physical items (where included in your package) mailed separately. Your profile will also appear on our public Winners page.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes — contact us at hello@cliniccrest.co.uk and we'll arrange an upgrade to a higher package.
